I would like to thank Mark and his team for their kind invitation to judge and their hospitality at this popular well run show. I had a super entry and was very well looked after by my steward Lisa Buck who handled the cats with care and good humour and was excellent company all day – hope we can do it again soon.

Super well balanced brown boy of good overall type with an elegant body of very good weight for size and feels firm and muscular with broad rounded chest and straight back. He has slender proportionate legs with neat spoon shaped paws. His tail is of the desired shape and thickness and just balances his body. He has a gently rounded top of head with very good width between his well set medium sized ears that have a broad base, rounded tips with their outer edge following the outline of his face and are set with a slight forward tilt. In profile he has a rounded brow with a distinct nose break, short straight nose, strong chin and good depth to head. His wedge is short and wide with a blunt muzzle, very good width at the jaw hinge and a somewhat untidy bite. He has large lustrous yellow eyes that have good set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a gently rounded lower lid, they are set wide apart giving him a super Burmese expression. His coat is short glossy and close fitting and a warm seal brown. A gentle boy who enjoyed his cuddle.

Another very nice brown lad, looking distinctly masculine with a heavy well muscled body that has rounded broad chest and straight back. He has strong elegant legs with neat spoon shaped paws. His tail is of good length and shape and balances his body. He has gentle rounding to the top of his head with excellent width between well set medium sized ears. They are broad at the base with rounded tips and set with a slight forward tilt, their outer line following the line of his wedge. His profile shows a rounded brow, distinct nose break, short straight nose, strong level chin and good depth to head. He has a short wide wedge that narrows to a blunt muzzle, level bite. He has large lustrous yellow chartreuse eyes that are set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a gently rounded bottom and set wide apart to give the typical Burmese expression. His coat is a little long but is sleek and close lying and a darker warm seal brown. He moaned a bit about being disturbed but was confident and easy to handle.

A very attractive mature chocolate girl with lovely type and balance. She is of very good weight for her size being well muscled with a straight back and a rounded chest. Her tail is medium thickness at the base and tapers to a rounded tip and balances. She has a beautifully balanced Burmese head with a gently rounded dome and very good width between her well shaped and set largish ears, that have a broad base and rounded tips. They are set with a slight forward tilt with their outer edge correctly follow the line of her wedge. In profile she has good depth to her head, with a gently rounded brow, distinct break to her short straight nose and good depth to her firm level chin, her bite is level. She has a short broad wedge that narrows to a blunt muzzle with good width across her cheek bones. Lovely shape to her large lustrous chartreuse eyes that slant gently towards her nose with a fuller more rounded lower lid, they are set well apart giving her a real smouldering expression which belies her gentle nature. Beautiful warm pale milk chocolate coat is short tight fitting and satiny in texture. A lovely girl.

Stylish brown girl with a lithe and muscular body with a rounded chest and straight back. She has elegant slender limbs and neat spoon shaped paws. Her tail of the correct length and thickness is well shaped narrowing to a rounded tip. She has a gently rounded top of head with good width between her well shaped ears. They are set with on a broad base with slightly rounded tips and a slight forward tilt and follow the outline of her face. She has a short broad wedge narrowing to a blunt muzzle, level bite. Her head has reasonable depth with a rounded brow and well defined nosebreak and deep firm chin. Large lustrous yellow chartreuse eyes are well set with the topline slanting towards her nose and a fuller more rounded lower lid and are set well apart giving the typical Burmese expression. Beautiful seal brown coat is short glossy and close lying. A very sweet girl shown in super condition.

A large masculine boy of excellent weight, feeling firm and muscular with rounded chest and straight back. He has strong elegant legs with neat spoon shaped paws. His tail is of good shape but is a little thick with a rounded tip and is just short to balance. He has gentle rounding to top of head with excellent width between well set medium sized ears. They are broad at the base with rounded tips and set with a slight forward tilt, their outer line following the line of his wedge. His profile shows a rounded brow, distinct nose break, short straight nose, medium level chin and good depth to head. He has a short wide wedge that narrows to a blunt muzzle and a level bite. Large lustrous golden yellow eyes have good set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a gently rounded bottom but that he tends to round are set wide apart to give the typical Burmese expression when he relaxes. Warm milk chocolate coat is sleek and close lying and in lovely condition. A lovely big lad with a super temperament

Attractive brown girl who I have met before, she has a heavy muscular yet elegant body, with proportionate limbs and neat spoon shaped paws. She has a straight back with rounded chest and her tail is of good length and shape and balances. Gentle rounding to top head with very good width between her well set ears, that are broad at the base with rounded tips, the outer edge following the outline of her face and set with a slight forward tilt. She has a short broad wedge with a blunt muzzle and level bite. Her profile shows a gently rounded brow, distinct nose break with just a slight roll off, firm level chin and showing good depth to her head. She has a typical cross Burmese expression as her eye shape is lovely with the topline slanting towards her nose and a fuller more rounded lower lid and are set well apart, they are a green chartreuse in colour. Most beautiful rich seal brown coat is of a superb texture, short glossy and close lying, A lovely girl shown in excellent condition.

Looking mature for her 19 months this chocolate lady has a firm deceptively weighty body with rounded chest and straight back, elegant limbs and neat spoon shaped paws. Her tail is well shaped with a rounded tip and balances her body. Beautifully balanced head typical of the breed with gently rounded top and good width between her well set ears. They are correctly shaped being wide at the base with gently rounded tips and set with a slight forward tilt, the outer edge following the lines of her face. Short wide wedge narrows to a blunt muzzle with level bite. Large lustrous yellow chartreuse eyes of the required shape and set with the top line slanting towards her nose and a fuller more rounded lower line, set wide apart giving the desired Burmese expression. In profile she has a rounded brow and distinct nosebreak with a straight nose, with firm level chin. Her coat is short glossy and close lying and a warm pale chocolate just showing some contrast on her muzzle. Shown in lovely condition with a gentle disposition.

I really liked this pretty blue tortie, at just over a year she looks a little immature but has a deceptively weighty body that feels firm and muscular with a straight back and rounded chest. She has elegant proportionate legs with neat spoon shaped paws. Her tail is well shaped and tapers to a paintbrush tip and balances her body. She has a gently rounded top to her head with very good width between her medium well shaped ears. They are set with a slight forward tilt on a broad base with gently rounded tops, their outer line following the line of her wedge. In profile she has acceptable depth to her head, a rounded brow and distinct break to her medium length straight nose. Her wedge is short, broad and narrows to a blunt muzzle and her bite is level. She has super large lustrous yellow eyes, that have the topline gently slanting towards to her nose and a fuller more rounded lower lid, they are set well apart giving her that special Burmese look. A very sweet girl in lovely condition.

Most gorgeous Caramel Silver Tortie Burmilla with a heavy well muscled body with rounded chest and straight back, elegant limbs and neat oval paws. Her tail is of medium thickness and tapers to a rounded tip and balances her body. She has gentle rounding to her top of head with well spaced correctly shaped ears that have a broad base and rounded tips and are set with a slight forward tilt their outer line following the outline of her wedge. In profile she has very good depth to her head with a distinct break to her short straight nose, her chin is firm and level and she has a level bite. Her wedge is short and broad and narrows to a blunt muzzle with good width at the jaw hinge. She has large lustrous yellow eyes that have very good shape and set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a fuller more rounded lower lid, set wide apart giving a lovely Asian expression. Her coat is short sleek and close lying and of a cool toned bluish fawn with a metallic sheen and shades of apricot that shows little sign of silver down the spine line where her shading is heavier but has a pale silver ground elsewhere. She has a scarab on her forehead, pale spectacles and darker mascara. She handled well but told us in no uncertain terms when our time was up. A super girl who is ‘just my cup of tea’

Handsome young lad with a lithe medium sized body feeling firm and muscular with straight back and rounded chest with proportionate limbs and neat oval paws. His tail is well shaped of medium thickness and tapers to a rounded tip and balances. He has a nicely balanced head with gentle rounding to top but I would just like a bit more width between his medium ears of that are of good shape with a broad base and rounded tips and set with a slight forward tilt their our line following the line of his upper face. In profile he has good depth to head, a nose distinct nose break, straight and a level firm chin and a level bite. He has a short broad wedge that narrows to a blunt muzzle that needs a little more width at the jaw hinge. Large lustrous yellow eyes that have good set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a more fuller rounded line to the lower lid set wide apart giving the correct Asian expression. His coat is a glossy sleek coolish dark chocolate that is short and close lying, coloured to the roots and clear. In lovely condition with a sweet temperament.

Her tail is of the correct thickness and shape and tapers to a paintbrush tip and balances her body. She has gentle rounding to her top of head with well spaced correctly shaped ears that have a broad base and rounded tips and are set with a slight forward tilt their outer line following the outline of her wedge. In profile she has reasonable depth to her head with a distinct break and to her straight nose, a firm level chin, level bite. She has a short broad wedge narrowing to a blunt muzzle. Large lustrous yellow eyes that have good set with the top line slanting towards the nose and a fuller more rounded lower lid, set wide apart that she was tending to round out on the table but were better when she was relaxed in her pen. Her coat is quite long but lays close to the body and is a dark blue prettily mingled with cream that is coloured to the roots.

Attractive blue Devon Rex with a firm muscular body, she has a gently rounded chest, straight back and of good weight for her size. She has long slender elegant limbs with small oval paws, her well covered tail tapers to the tip and balances. Her wedge is short and wide with characteristic high cheek bones, strong chin that just lays back a fraction, level bite and a an adequate stop. Her ears are large and set low and wide apart tapering to rounded tips. In profile she has a flattish top to head with a curved brow, moderate stop and short nose. Her large oval eyes are set wide apart giving her that lovely wicked expression. She was well covered with a short, soft textured coat was that just lacked definition to the rexing. A sweet girl who was well presented.

Love the name!!! This kitten just oozed quality (excuse the pun!) and demanded attention. Her body is medium sized, strong and well muscled with proportionate legs and round paws. She has a lovely head with a moderate wedge and gentle contours. Her nose is of moderate length straight with gentle convex curve from the base to the top of the eye and her bite is level. She shows a slight whisker break with well rounded whisker pads. Her ears are slightly flared and cupped with the desired tufts. She has large expressive eyes that are almond shaped set moderately far apart and slanting towards to bottom of her ears. Coat has springy textured feel is of medium length with loose curls looking unkempt. Tail balances the body and is plumed with slight curling. Relaxed with a nice temperament.

Very nice tawny Ocicat girl. She has a long well muscled body with a deep broad chest and straight back, strong sturdy legs with compact oval paws and long proportionate tail. She has a longish modified wedge with wide top and large ears set well apart, square muzzle with a strong chin and level bite. Her profile shows a gentle rise from nose to brow and a slight dip. Her medium to large ears are well set with gently rounded tips and tufts. She has large almond shaped that are an attractive hazel in colour. Most beautiful short, satiny close lying coat that has a healthy sheen and showing clear black spotty markings on a tawny ground. She has an M on her forehead, pencilling on her cheeks and a pleasing mascara effect around her eyes. The spots extend well down her legs to broken bracelets and she has a spotty tummy. A bright confident girl with a deep insistent purr who was happy to be handled.

Attractive Devon Rex boy with that exclusive Devon pixie look. He has a lithe well muscled body, with slender proportionate limbs and neat oval paws and a long tapering tail that balances. His head forms a short wide wedge with characteristic high cheek bones, strong chin, level bite with a distinct stop and a strong muzzle . His ears are large set wide apart but he tends to hold them high, they have a broad base taper to rounded tips. In profile he has a flattish top to head with a curved brow, moderate stop and short nose. His large oval eyes are set wide apart giving him a super expression. He is well covered with a short dense coat that is soft in texture and well waved with lovely crinkly whiskers. A friendly boy shown in good condition

Her large lustrous pale yellow chartreuse eyes have the topline slanting towards her nose and a more rounded lower lid that are set well apart giving her a super expression. Beautiful short close fitting coat is a warm seal brown and shows a healthy gloss. A lovely girl with a sweet temperament.

This blue boy was not at all happy today, he has a lean body of good weight for his size, and feels firm and muscular. His chest is broad and rounded and he has a straight back but he refused to stand so it was difficult to assess his legs and tail. He has a slightly flat top of head with reasonable width between his ears that are set on a broad base with rounded tips but that he kept flattening on his head. Face on he has a short jowly head that appears out of balance with his body. He just wanted to sleep under his blankets today.

She has an M on her forehead with a line running down her back to her shoulders where a butterfly pattern can be seen, she has clear oyster markings on her flanks clear necklaces and a spotty tummy. Super girl!

Well muscled body of good weight for her size, she has a rounded chest and straight back. Slender elegant legs and neat spoon shaped paws, her tail is of the correct shape but just a little thin and narrows to a paintbrush tip and balances. Nicely proportioned head with gently rounded top and acceptable width between her medium sized ears that are broad at the base and gently rounded tips and set with a slight forward tilt, their outer line following the outline of her face. She has a short wide wedge narrowing to a blunt muzzle, with a level bite. In profile I would like more depth to her head, but she has a rounded brow, distinct nose break with a short nose that has a tiny bump. Her chin is of acceptable depth but it just lays back. She has large lustrous yellow chartreuse eyes with of the desired shape with the top line slanting towards her nose and a fuller more rounded bottom lid, with a wonderful glowering Burmese expression. Her coat is short and close fitting and of a warm seal brown with a lovely sheen.
